Respite respects your privacy. This page explains what data this site collects, what we use it for and how it is protected. We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.

What you send us

When you write through the form, you give us your name, your email, your phone, the means and time you prefer for us to reach you, and your message. We use that data only to answer you and to set up your first session.

We ask you not to include medical details in the form or in a message by WhatsApp or email. The intake forms are in the office's patient portal, which we share with you before the first session.

What this site does not do

This site uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or session recording, and it has no scheduler embedded from another company. If you book a time, the link takes you to the office's own calendar, which has its own policy.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with whoever you authorize in writing, or when the law requires it.

How to ask for corrections or deletion

Write to us at hola@respitemiami.com or call (305) 555-0109 and we answer within one business day.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page.
