Deciding together
Before the first session, the family talks and decides
In many homes, taking the first step falls to one person and the others find out afterward. Here you can take that step without committing anyone: we count on you, on the family you want to add, and on the time you need to agree.
One person can write
Nobody has to come to the first session
The decision to come belongs to each adult

Three ways to begin
All together, in turns, or one person first
None is better than another. You can begin one way and change later.
All together
Who comes
The whole family, in the same room
How long
80 minutes
Who it suits
Families that already talk and want to do it with help
In turns
Who comes
Each person in a separate session, and then one together
How long
50 minutes each
Who it suits
Families where some find it hard to speak in front of the others
One person first
Who comes
Whoever wrote; the others join when they wish
How long
50 minutes
Who it suits
Someone who wants to understand how it works before inviting anyone
How we do it
Four steps, at your pace
- 01
Step 1: One person writes
By WhatsApp, by phone or through the form on this page. Your name and how you prefer us to reach you is enough.
- 02
Step 2: We talk with you
A short conversation, by phone or message, to learn who lives at home, what language you talk in and what suits you.
- 03
Step 3: The family decides
You can share with your family what we tell you. We talk with other family members, by phone, if you ask.
- 04
Step 4: We set up the first session
At the office or by video, with whoever decided to come. If someone changes their mind, we adjust.
First step
Tell us who might come
A message is enough to begin. If you prefer a call, say so. The intake forms are in our patient portal, which we share with you before the first session.
